Brief business description

I am an Integrated Energy Healer, and work with people in one to one sessions.The healing therapies I practice are part of the emerging new paradigm in healthcare known as "energy medicine". These therapies are based on the idea that we are more than just our physical bodies. If we experience hurt or trauma, then the unresolved issues from that can be held in our energy bodies for years afterwards. In time, this leads to physical or emotional illness. In the sessions with me, I can help you to "unravel" those energy blockages. This can lead to deep healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. I can also give you very practical guidance on day-to-day energy management. I have been told by clients that I hold a safe, supportive, nurturing space for them to explore their issues. Although the issues you may come to me with are serious, I generally work in a light way - with some laughter! Integrated energy healing works holistically, that is with the whole person. As such, it can work with a wide range of emotional and physical conditions, including chronic and acute conditions, as well as stress related conditions.
