  • 1 Don't waste your time

    Absolutely dreadful business. They are liars, plain and simple. We were told we had a stove on order and they'd be in touch. Weeks passed, kept ringing - excuses. Months passed. They never did the job, led us on for ages. Got a guy in pontefract to do it, took him 3 days from ringing to having the stove. PI Consultants are total time wasters. They seem keen at first, even producing very professional looking quotes. However, do not be fooled they will not follow up if something better comes along they'll drop you like a stone and feed you some bull about one of them being "on holiday " all of a sudden and 300 new orders coming in. 300 orders! They'll be lucky. Useless, a waste of time. AVOID!!
