I purchased a tank and musk turtles for my daughter on impulse off ebay. Not knowing anything about turtles, I approached the shop for advise. I was made aware the tank I had bought was not suitable for the animals we got with it. the young shop assistant informed me turtles needed a heat source to bathe. Being concerned that we did not have one, and for the interest of the animal, we SHOWED the assistant the exact tank we had (which the shop also sold) and we asked which heat lamp we would need. We were handed a ceramic socket, and large bulb. Clearly once we had got home, it would be a struggle to place a heat light in an ideal position. We got it into the only position it would fit without it hung down into water. Later that night when i went into my young daughters room, it was full toxic plastic fumes, the lamp was that hot and that big, it just melted the plastic lid. Another hour, we were risking fire. When we rang the owner to complain we were invited to the shop to discuss the matter. We were accused of lying, told it was all our own fault, told we should spend lots money with them to buy new set up to resolve, and in the end because they dont like complaints i was asked to leave and banned. All this shop are interested in, is sell a product regardless of safety or customer satisfaction. since writing the review for this site, i have had several responses from people on other sites stating how appalled they are with the service from this shop. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Waste disposal from Commercial Recycling Ltd I have used commercial recycling for waste disposal (Canford site) & waste collection (Skip & Grab bag). I found the staff very helpful and their recycling facilities were really good. I would have no issues recommending them for waste managment ..commercialrecycling.co.uk

i went in just looking i had been to loads of travel agents in halifax i ended going back to the branch in halifax it was the cheapist also they went all around the houses to find me what i wanted i would defferntly recamend going there looking for any type of holiday no matter how out of the ordanry it is they will find u somthing amazing :)

DHF Builders - Home Extensions Nottingham

DHF builders were one of the local companies I recieved quotes from when cosidering modernising my kitchen & laying new flooring. I was happily surprised with the competitive quote from DHF and equally felt comfortable discussing my requests with the builders. The work began on the agreed date and the builders ensured mimimal disruption to my families lifestyle & homelife. Completion was again on time and I was advised and informed of all decisions and progress along the way. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the finish is to a very high standard. Each area demonstrating superb craftsmanship. The solid wood flooring completed the new kitchen and we were so impressed that we continued the wood flooring throughout the downstairs of our home. DHF were only too happy to complete this for us. Finding local reliable builders is often difficult but with DHF, i'd be happy to use them again and recommend them.
